General Sales Conditions :
The above rates are per night, including breakfast but for stays of two nights and more.
We receive guests for one single night. The rate is increased by 40 EUR for additional costs.
We have also decreasing rates according to duration.
The Local Tax is 1.60 EUR per adult and per night.
We do not receive guests at any conditions.
Priorities are quietness, hygien and safety for our guests.
So a few (A) requirements :
- No dogs or pets.
- No food in the rooms. We have a fridge for that in the Summer Dining Room. No picnic inside the premises.
- "Well-behaved " children are welcome when the house environment permits.
- No smoking inside the house and discretely if outside.
Booking conditions
All bookings shall be confirmed with a credit card number.
We accept all major credit cards both for booking and final payment. The total balance can be charged upon arrival.
If the stay lasts 1 or 2 days we will charge your credit card with the amount of one night as a deposit.
If the stay lasts more than 2 days, we will charge your credit card with a deposit of 35% of the total amount of the stay.
It is due one month before arrival date.
Cancellation policy
This policy defines how to handle cancellations
To be valid, it must be made by e-mail, or in writing.
If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the availability of extra beds. If you do not want to offer extra beds at all, please use the bed type "no extra beds available".
Children older than 10 years are welcome.
One child or adult is charged EUR 35 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child under 1 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy
This defines the policy for prepayment/deposit requirements.
35 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 28 days prior to arrival and is partially refundable.
Internet
This describes what type of internet is available, in which location in the hotel and at what cost.
Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Every person confirming a booking is engaged to respect the General Sales Conditions of Mas des Etoiles, including the (A) requirements above. Any infringement will entail the end of the stay with the total payment of the amount initially agreed upon.
